Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at TrailCorridor. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy our delicious pizzas! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 minutes from the time of delivery or pick-up to inspect your food and contact us regarding any issues. If you receive the wrong item or if it is not as described, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we can only offer a full refund or exchange for orders that are incorrect or not up to quality standards.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958 with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly inspect the item and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at +44 20 7946 0958.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: Any food item that has been consumed or partially consumed, gift cards, and bespoke orders made to your specifications.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order details, and we will guide you through the process of getting a replacement.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
