'TrailCorridor started with a simple vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family opened our pizzeria in 1985, a quaint family-operated eatery, where recipes were passed down through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the pizza-making craft on her Italian adventures, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, pizza's homeland. She returned to the UK with a mission to replicate the quintessential Italian pizza experience, using age-old techniques and select ingredients.
Our journey began in a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, growing into a cherished community spot, maintaining our dedication to excellence and originality. We continue traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough daily, and choose only the finest ingredients.
'TrailCorridor' is still within the family, now with the second generation of the Bianchi lineage spearheading our devoted crew. While we've adopted new technologies, our core—crafting delectable, true-to-its-roots pizza that unites patrons—remains unchanged.
